I’m a writer, interviewer, author, award-winning singer-songwriter, mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend.

I have been helping individuals, couples, families, and organizations write their stories, in their own words, for the last several years.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, minoring in Psychology, from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
